Shipping policy

We will always try to dispatch your order within 24 hours of you placing it. Under exceptional circumstances (heat, sales periods, etc.) we may delay up to 72 hours.

We ship from Melbourne, Victoria. We primarily use Fastway couriers. Once fulfilled, you will receive an email confirming it has been dispatched with a tracking ID so you can follow the entire journey.

How much does it cost?

Free shipping AUS wide except NT with any purchase over $100.

For any purchase under $100 shipping has a flat rate of $15 to anywhere in Australia.

When will it arrive?

Please note: these shipping times may be affected by COVID -19. This is due to the extra strain on courier services. Please note that any delays are largely out of our hands and we appreciate your patience. For states where there are strict border controls, we are experiencing longer delays than usual.
