A rare and fully evolved Sauvignon Blanc, showcasing the complexity that comes with extended bottle age. The nose is rich and gently fumé, opening into layers of dried herbs, preserved citrus and subtle honeyed notes.

The palate is soft and rounded, with mellow acidity and a textural, almost waxy mouthfeel. Hints of tropical fruit linger beneath its complexity, leading to a long, mature finish.
