A mature and full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon, revealing the depth and evolution of our estate-grown fruit. Classic blackcurrant leads, layered with bay leaf and savoury dried herbs, while tertiary notes of cedar, tobacco leaf and subtle earthiness begin to emerge with age.

The palate is structured yet refined, with firm tannins that have softened into a fine, integrated texture.
