2018 del Rios Cabernet Sauvignon

A full-bodied and structured Cabernet Sauvignon, driven by the intensity of our cool-climate, estate-grown fruit. Concentrated layers of dark cherry and cassis lead the palate, followed by savoury notes of black olive and dried herbs, with a lift of green tobacco leaf and subtle oak-derived smokiness on the nose.

The palate is dense yet refined, with firm, velvety tannins providing structure and length. A long, lingering finish highlights the balance between richness and restraint, offering both immediate drinking appeal and the potential to develop further complexity with time.
